• All prices listed on CraftBD are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Delivery charges are separate and will be displayed at checkout (BDT 80 within Dhaka City, BDT 120 outside Dhaka).

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4. Payment Methods

• We primarily offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh to ensure maximum security and trust for our retail customers.

• Customers must pay the full invoice amount to the delivery agent upon receiving and verifying the product.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Products are dispatched via trusted third-party courier services.

• Standard delivery timeline is 1 to 3 business days across Bangladesh.

• CraftBD is not liable for unexpected delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or political disruptions, though we will assist in tracking and resolving issues promptly.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Our return and exchange practices are strictly governed by our Return and Exchange Policy.

• Customers are requested to verify the product in front of the delivery agent. Any manufacturing defects or complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
