At CraftBD, we want to ensure a transparent and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return and Exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Verification at Delivery

• We highly encourage our customers to check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery agent upon receipt.

• If you notice any damage, defect, or mismatch with your order at the time of delivery, you can refuse to accept the product and return it immediately with the delivery man.

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy

If you have already received the product and later discover any manufacturing defects or issues, we offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Timeframe: Any complaints or exchange requests must be reported to us within 7 days from the date you received the product.

• Condition for Exchange: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

3. How to Request an Exchange

If you face any issues with your product, please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

2. Provide your Order ID and clear photos or a short video of the defect/issue.

3. Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange for an exchange.

4. Refund Policy

• Please note that we currently offer Exchanges for defective items. We do not issue cash refunds once a product is successfully received and accepted, unless we are unable to provide a replacement/exchange for that specific item.
